Last Quarter Memories:
Olympia Capitol Lights Trip, Dec '01

Jane Holmes organized a group of people to carpool down to Olympia for the capitol lights volkswalk.  Seven people made it to the walk including many of the new club members.

The walk start/finish was inside the capitol rotunda which had a spectacular Christmas tree.  This nighttime walk passed through the capitol complex and wove around residential areas before heading into downtown Olympia.  Though it had been raining earlier that day, the night of the walk was clear and crisp and the walk very enjoyable.  Thanks to a couple of flashlights and several keen eyes on the directions, no one got lost.

After the walk the group ate at the Oyster House in Olympia before heading back to Seattle.  Thanks to everyone who attended this event!
