The Emerald City Wanderers Christmas party was organized by Dina Johnson this year. It took place at the Pyramid Ale Bar & Restaurant near Safeco Field in Seattle. The group of twenty-seven (not including Santa) had two long tables in an upstairs room.
The food was great and the highlight of the evening was the visit from Santa and the gift exchange. The white elephant gifts could be 'stolen' up to three times. The most sought after items were a funky rubber lightbulb, a mechanical Santa, a copy of Harry Potter, and a salami/cheese gift box.
